Full Desktop Administration, Maintenance and Support |

Sbi has provided standardised desktop environments to a number of companies based in Bermuda and abroad.
We have experience in design, deployment and management of desktop environments using Microsoft’s SMS and other deployment technologies.
Sbi deploys a standard build image to each workstation, and the workstation is subsequently updated with the required additional software. The standard image is typically updated every 6 months.
We have acquired the Microsoft Advanced Infrastructure, Networking, Information Worker and Licensing competencies, and are a Microsoft ESA 2.0 vendor. We have solid experience in Microsoft licensing, multi-national Microsoft Enterprise Agreements, Lease Agreements, and Educational Agreements. |

There are many facets to Anti-virus and spam filtering. Anti-virus can be applied at the desktop, on the server estate, on the email gateways and on the internet access gateways.
Sbi has implemented a variety of Anti-virus and anti-spam solutions including:
- Large-scale (3,000 desktops) desktop installations
- Specialised server Sophos and Trend Micro deployments to protect Active Directory Domain Controllers, Exchange Servers and SQL Servers without affecting performance
- Internet Access Anti-Virus including Mailsweeper and CA products
- Exchange Messaging Anti-Virus solutions using Trend Micro and Symantec
- Hardware appliance based anti-virus and anti-spam solutions

Sbi have deployed a monitoring system for use at client sites, which is reviewed and monitored by the Guelph Help Desk operations team, and reports are developed and provided to clients based on specific KPIs/requirements. |
