| Gordon is another of Sbi's world travelers that has re-located in Bermuda. After a time working in France, he has moved to our more temperate climate. Gordon has extensive experience in with Windows OSs, and general network maintenance. He is enthusiastic to take on the problems and opportunities that are presented by Sbi's clients. Gordon is well equipped and intends to continue the on going training, usual for our staff. Dr. Jon Morris, Senior VoIP Network Specialist |
| Dr Jon Morris
joins Sbi with almost 10 years of networking and IT experience. His
previous roles include being an IT trainer, postgraduate researcher
for British Telecom, Systems Engineer for Cisco Systems and most recently
IP Telephony Applications Consultant for Omnetica Ltd. (Formerly Siemens
Network Systems in the UK).
In the last 5 years, Jon has focused his specialisation on IP Telephony. During this time he has worked on over 50 voice related projects involving CallManager, Unity voicemail, IP Call Centres, Voice recording and Toll-bypass. As well as having a PhD in Networking Protocols and an MCSE, Jon holds the highest designation in the IT industry having achieved the level of CCIE in Voice. Jon combines his academic ability with applied networking experience and has worked with clients from a wide variety of industry sectors including:

Ray Burkholder |
| Ray has 20 years
of experience in many sectors of the high technology industry throughout
North America and the Carribean. For each project in which he is involved,
he uses a collaborative approach to develop and install elegant, useful,
and easy to maintain solutions. Technology is only one aspect of a complete solution in which Ray is involved. At the beginning phases, good design and analytical skills are required. During implementation, good organizational and resource planning help keep installation plans on track. At the time of integration, good troubleshooting techniques ensure issues are resolved quickly. When going-live, an attention to detail makes sure everything is in place and working properly. Documentation and training complete the handoff to the customer.
